- Name: Enter your full legal name as it appears on your official documents.
- Email: Provide a valid email address for all communications.
- Phone Number (Preferably WhatsApp): Include your phone number with the country code (e.g., 081234 56789) for easy contact.
- Date of Birth: Your birth date helps us understand our volunteer demographics.
- Sex: Please select your sex from the options provided.
- Name of College: If applicable, include the name of the college you are currently attending or have graduated from.
- Aadhaar Card: Upload a scanned copy or a clear photograph of your Aadhaar card. Acceptable formats include .jpg, .jpeg, and .pdf (Max 1 Mb).
- Your Photo: Upload a recent photograph of yourself. Only .jpg, .jpeg, and .pdf formats are allowed (Max 1 Mb).
- Address: Provide your current residential address.
- Date of Joining: Indicate your available start date.
